Eldership
There is a very sad lack of good local leadership in the church of our day. The desperate need of this hour is godly Shepherds who will lead, feed and gaurd the flock. Each community needs such qualified, gifted and faithful men. This is a simple article written out of a very deep burden and backed by much prayer over the years. May the Lord again raise up Shepherds after His own heart who will be used to lead the flocks of Christ into the true ways of God.
